Step 1 : Feed the Photo Tray with Photo Papers

Read and follow the steps mentioned below for feeding the photo papers into the Photo Tray.

  • Power ON the Printer if it is OFF
  • Gently draw the Photo Paper Tray which is nested inside the Input Tray to the maximum possible limit.

Note :The Photo Tray may be hiding in some printers. Please remove the output tray first and then pull open the Photo tray.

  • Relax the Paper width guides to move them to their farthest edges.
  • Gently Feed the Photo Paper in such a fashion keeping the short edge forward and put the print face of the paper upside down inside the paper tray.

Note : The photo papers containing perforated tabs must be fed in a way where the perforated tabs sit closer to you.

  • Push the paper into the tray until it sits deep in the Printer Tray.
  • Use the Paper width guides to secure the photo papers onto the tray holders and ensure it is also centred in the tray.
  • Reposition your Output Tray back on top of the Input tray should you have removed it. Gently nudge the input tray into its locking position.

Step 2 : Printing Photos by managing Print Settings.

Some of the Print settings that are changed in the Printer properties to accommodate and manage photo printing become default settings.  For printing documents of other types, you need to go back and manually attempt to change the previous settings including paper tray and paper size.

  • For Printing without Borders , Choose the ‘Printing Shortcut’ tab on the top and click on Photo Printing – Borderless on the left pane.
